The Frankfurt patchpanel is a 1U fixed patchpanel, especially designed for fiber optic components. It is perfectly compliant with 19’’ racks.
The Frankfurt patchpanel can be used for both simple patching
(direct connectorisation) and splicing of pigtails in splice trays. This
patchpanel has been designed to support up to 2 splice trays (24 splicings per tray).
Thanks to its interior design, the bending radius is always respected. The Frankfurt patchpanel has been developed for interior applications, saved from humidity and UV.
It can support up to :
- 24 singlemode or multimode fiber optic in front face with standard connectors :
SC, SC Duplex, ST, FC, LC, LC Duplex and FC (PC or APC)
- 48 singlemode or multimode fiber optic in front face with LC Duplex connectors (APC or PC)
The cable entry management is ensured on the back of the patchpanel and the cable anchoring is made directly on the plate with Rilsan ties (supplied). As the cover is removable and screwed, it is easy to work inside the fiber optic patchpanel.
The Frankfurt patchpanel is adjustable in depth thanks to its fixing parts that authorize a 25mm adjustment once it is fixed on a rack. It enables an optimized protection of the connectors.
The patchpanels are available under various versions: 12 or 24 footprints SC or LC duplex, ST or SC Duplex.
The Frankfurt patchpanel (basic version) is provided with :
o a single or double routing system
o 1 or 2 splice trays (up to 24 splicing per tray)
o 1 set of accessories (Rilsan ties, M4 screws, self-adhesive identification label, 1 bag of 60mm protection sleeves)
